Established in 1997, The Sportsman’s Pub & Grub is located at the end of Scenic Hwy 48 in an area known for some of the best hunting and fishing anywhere. The Oasis is a great little café in Maupin that has become known for their hearty breakfasts. They also sell burgers and baby back ribs that fall off the bone. If you’ve been out in the Central Oregon sun for a while, they recommend getting one of their hand-dipped hard ice cream milkshakes. The Oasis Café is located at 609 S. Hwy 197. Closed in the winter.
